Just returned from another lovely stay at Llandanwg. Morlyn guest house is a lovely place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was really nice and in an ideal place to get around and see the area on foot or by train. I can definitely recommend this guest house. We called late night due to our tent blown over at shell island , and the lovely lady who run the place managed to do us a room for the night, felt so welcome and it felt like another home from home. Most definitely would recommend staying here, also the views are so beautiful.

I decided to review just before I return. If you want a clean, homely stay good food, safe ample parking, mountain views and easy beach access then this place is for you. Marie-Claire and Chris do all they can to accommodate and are knowledgable about the area and worldly travels. Its a walk or short drive to a town but there is also the coastal railway line closeby. We stayed in Llanbedr before which has more doorstep pubs etc but Morlyn is a quieter night and more personal visit.
If I could give 6 stars ,I would! Perfect accommodation, perfect hosts,perfect location .Marie-Claire and Chris really attentive and want you to enjoy your stay. We ate dinner one night ( pre book) delicious! Packed lunches and breakfast can be bought too with notice.There are bed and breakfast rooms in the accommodation too. Extremely well equipped,immaculate, comfortable beds and seating. Lovely bathroom. Dishwasher,ironing board iron,2 hairdryers etc Twin bed room has two windows with views of the sea, as does one of the windows on the living room area. Double looks out over the mountains The full wall patio doors look out over to the Rhinog mountain range, and the length balcony has same view,with a bench ( seat in wardrobe) Easy walking distance of train stop,which stops on request. Travel the coast up and down ,lovely views. Strolling distance of the beautiful safe Llandanwg beach,with a licensed cafe and ancient church and the Morlyn harbour Harlech is nearby,castle,shops,pubs etc Morlyn. Llanfair is very close by ,with amazing slate caverns to explore, cafe and petting farm. Highly recommended, we booked again before we left.
Me and the Mrs stayed here for 2 nights. Superb hosts Marie-Clare and Chris. Good honest and genuine people. Great Breakfast. Excellent Room with a Balcony and the views. 5 minute walk to the Beach. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Perfect in every way. Hosts are wonderful people nothing to much for them. Last minute bank holiday booking for 4 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs. Accommodated us with our Motorhome. AMAZING. Train station & beach very close to accommodation. Highly recommended
Best B&B where we ever been. They are very friendly and helpful. Our room was great with a balcony. The sandy beach only a few minutes walk. The view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast were delicious. Perfect location, beach mountains, castle, train, everything just round the corner. Also, Snowdon isn't far. Definitely going back in the future.
